AppDefender is a free Android app developed by telemarks.co.jp in the Utilities & Tools category. It is an app that allows you to block your private information such as browsing history or text messages from being peeked when you hand your phone to friends. It locks the apps that you don’t want to be seen by others and protects your privacy. The app is equipped with an App Lock Function, which allows you to lock specified apps by a password. Also, if someone enters the wrong password five times, the inside camera will take a picture of the person without their noticing and keep the record.
The app is available for Android 4.0 or above and requires a device model with a front camera. In addition to the App Lock Function, AppDefender is equipped with a reminder function for when you forget the password and password clear from Google account identification. You can still unlock the apps even if you forget the password.
